This lot features a vintage 1978 Topps baseball trading card showcasing three-time All-Star outfielder Ken Griffey Sr. of the Cincinnati Reds. A core offensive component and key spark plug of Cincinnati's legendary "Big Red Machine" dynasty, Griffey is captured posing with a smile during pre-game warmups, resting a baseball bat against his shoulder while wearing his classic white home pinstriped Reds jersey and signature red cap. The card beautifully exhibits the hallmark design layout of the 1978 Topps set, highlighted by a vibrant yellow inner border framework, a stylized retro script "Reds" logo positioned across the bottom-left corner, and a distinct black-and-white circular "OF" outfielder position emblem stamped in the top-right corner.
