This eclectic pair of walnut end tables designed by Andre Bus for the First Edition Collection by Lane C. 1966 features sharp angles, built up sides and a sculpted drawer front. Because of its Danish influence, this line is also known as the "Scandia" collection. Each side panel extends above the horizontal surface creating a "fin" resulting in a dramatic angular profile. The solid poplar top and side panels are overlaid with rich, black walnut
A sculpted angular lip provides a significant recessed area that acts as the pull for the drawer. The result of this dramatic design is powerful and breathtaking. These could also work as bedside tables or nightstands.
