Liberty & 33rd is an online retailer, offering a carefully curated collection of 18th to 20th century European and American furniture and other home furnishings. As a leading supplier of antique, vintage and contemporary furniture, we're trusted by professional designers all over the world to meet their clients' needs. Our monthly auctions are your chance to bid on a selection of our inventory with reserves well below retail prices!

A reserve price is a minimum price that a seller would be willing to accept from a buyer. In an auction, the seller is not typically required to disclose the reserve price to potential buyers. If the reserve price is not met, the seller is not required to sell the item, even to the highest bidder. (In other words, the starting bid can be less than the reserve, but the item cannot be sold until it reaches the minimum reserve bid.) Most lots in our auctions have a reserve, often near the low estimate.
