Power Are My Words.

This series looks at the emotion around words. The way we use words can be uplifting or hurtful, empowering or degrading. Words have always been a tool to suppress and equally to break free from suppression. Words can be used to start wars and end them; to express love and to crush it.

These 8 x 6 inch intimate mixed media paintings on acid-free paper exhibit my love of mark-making, surface, and design.
