Early 20th century peacock wingback chair in a black and golden brown damask fabric. Black cord piping. Brass nailhead detailing. Hand carved scroll detail on front (decorative). Scrolled front legs. Decorative spindle stretchers. Cushion can be flipped. There is one hardly visible repair to front scroll, as pictured (non structural). Very sturdy, with the expected wear and tear on the fabric, with some fraying in a couple of spots at the bottom of the arms, as pictured (last two photos). Priced accordingly. It shows well and it is in excellent condition for its age.
