English Sailing scene with several boats out to sea . Title looks to be ( A good Breeze ) can't make out the signature . But some time around 1910-1920. Purchased in London in 1988 . Frame size is 28X14 X 1 and the painting is 21" by 7 1/2" and in good condition .
