The Bodhisattva has a plump serene face with lowered eyes and the auspicious urna mark on the forehead. The ornate crown features a small Buddha figure at its centre. Curled hair, elaborate necklaces and soft flowing robe drapery are finely rendered. Natural craquelure on the paint layer delivers a timeless antique aesthetic.
