The vessel body is supported by three mythical rams, their heads black with gilded details, limbs vividly polychromed with elaborate scale and brocade patterns. Main body lavishly painted with scrolling precious lotus in rich brilliant enamels. Base is yellow?ground famille?rose with dragon motif, bearing blue?enamel four?character square seal mark ??Yong Zheng Nian Zhi??. ??Three Rams?? symbolise ??Three Yangs Bring Prosperity??. Combining porcelain sculpture, famille?rose enamelling and gilding, it is a magnificent imperial Qing?dynasty display vessel.
