Height:16cm(6.30in), Diameter:10cm(3.94in)A lidded jar with gilded ground, decorated in deep relief depicting a lotus pond scene. Fully bloomed lotus flowers, curling lotus leaves and reeds interweave, with two cranes standing amid the pond, symbolizing official success and longevity. The relief surface is enriched with vibrant famille?rose enamels rendering layered foliage and blossoms. Ruyi?head and lotus?petal borders with gilded outlines adorn the rim, lid and foot. The base is crackled turquoise?blue glaze, bearing incised and gilded six?character square seal mark ??Da Qing Qian Long Nian Zhi??. Integrating porcelain carving, relief moulding, gilt?ground famille?rose and gilding techniques, it is a resplendent imperial Qing?dynasty treasure.
