It features a graceful form with contracted neck, rounded belly and tall ring foot, fitted with original lid decorated with three ring knobs inlaid with turquoise. Beast-mask ring handles are mounted on both sides of the body, with vivid facial details inlaid with turquoise. The whole vessel is ornamented with elaborate gold and silver inlaid patterns. Hunting scenes, auspicious beasts and cloud scrolls are interwoven across the surface, depicting armed hunters and galloping animals in lively composition. Geometric bands with gold and silver inlay are interspersed with turquoise inlay. The bronze is enveloped by thick, solid turquoise-green ancient patina with profound aged encrustation. As a noble wine ritual vessel of Han Dynasty, it combines gold-silver inlay and turquoise inlay. With grand decorative composition, it represents the peak of Han bronze inlay craftsmanship.
