Height:32cm(12.60in), Diameter:15cm(5.91in)Imperial?quality meiping vase of Qianlong reign, with small ribbed mouth, broad shoulders and tapering lower body, presenting stately silhouette. The whole body is covered with luminous peacock?blue glaze of vivid saturated tone with smooth fine surface. The exterior is incised with dragon?and?cloud pattern: a powerful dragon winds among floating clouds, executed with skilled carving technique, the motif subtly visible beneath the coloured glaze, delivering restrained refined aesthetic. White?glazed base bears underglaze?blue six?character seal mark ??Da?Qing Qian?Long Nian?Zhi??. Wares with peacock?blue glaze and incised decoration demanded high firing standard; this piece harmonises glaze quality and incised motif, ranking among fine monochrome imperial porcelains of Qing dynasty
