JOACHIM CASELL was born in Gerona, Spain, August 1, 1927, He had studies of art in Paris and then He moved to New York where he started his career as art restorer. He became master of Oil Pastels in the Expressionism and Realism style. Joaquim was the founder of Casell Gallery and He painted most of his work in New Orleans.
