Rich mysterious and colorful representation of the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Old Town "pleasure garden", Denmark. Opened almost 200 years ago this beautiful piece of artwork visualizes the fairy tales and magic of the Tivoli Park. You have the striking peacock and birds flying in on the top of the image and further down you find Pjerrot (the strange hat man) - a mysterious figure which dates back 4000 years. Every year Tivoli Gardens (or simply Tivoli) lets a Danish artist design the poster art for the coming season. The art for the poster of 1992 was created by Sonja Brandes.
