Love Alice, Alice Keck Memorial Park captures the quiet beauty of Alice Keck Park Memorial Garden in a simple, heartfelt way. She donated the land to Santa Barbara and a beautiful park was designed.
Painted in oil on a cradled panel, it feels both solid and intimate-like a place you know well and want to hold onto.

The scene pulls you into the calm of the garden-soft light through the trees, layered greens, and the gentle presence of water, palms and koi pond. The brushwork keeps things natural and a little loose, giving a sense of movement while still feeling peaceful.

There's a quiet sense of memory in it. It's not just about the view, but the feeling of being there-slowing down, noticing the light, and taking it all in.
