"She Lit a Fire" is a bright, joyful oil painting by intuitive painter, Monica Shulman.
This is a vivid and colorful painting that punctuates Monica's rhythmic, gestural marks with varying shades of purples, pinks, blues, turquoise, greens and yellows. This fun, energetic, sculptural painting creates movement and energy and will elevate any space.

This painting is created on a gallery-wrapped canvas that is painted on all four sides.

Monica has been featured in various publications including Popular Photography, Create magazine, and the Huffington Post. In 2019 she was named "Best Artist" in Westchester by Westchester magazine.
