Titled Creation, this painting is a study in depth, texture and elemental force. This striking original abstract is from the artist's coveted "Black Series" of paintings. Executed entirely in black mixed media on artist board, the work transcends color to explore movement, light, and dimensionality through a richly layered impasto surface. Gloss and matte passages interact dynamically, catching and refracting light so that the composition subtly shifts with its environment

The painting is presented in a substantial, museum-style gilt frame with ornate detailing and a 3.5-inch deep profile. The contrast between the dramatic black surface and the luminous gold frame creates a compelling dialogue between contemporary abstraction and classical opulence. The framing elevates the intimate 8 x 10 inch work, into a powerful statement piece suitable for both modern and traditional interiors. CH8819
