This appears to be an Italian vintage chest with a distintive, elaborate marquetry (inlay) design.
The style is reminiscent of an 18th-century Louis XVI European Italian baroque chest with drawers, crafted from walnut wood and featuring elaborate boxwood inlays and brass handles. It has 3 drawers, and the fourth is not a drawer; it is only to maintain the style of the elegant furniture.
