This lot features a vintage 1977 Topps football trading card showcasing four-time Pro Bowl running back Calvin Hill of the Washington Redskins. Celebrated for his exceptional power and athletic versatility throughout the 1970s, Hill is captured in a close-up sideline portrait donning his classic burgundy and gold Redskins helmet. The card beautifully demonstrates the era-specific 1977 design layout, complete with the prominent curved purple banner at the top displaying the franchise name alongside his yellow "RB" position icon. This piece of gridiron history stands as an outstanding addition for vintage sports card collectors, set builders, or dedicated fans of historic NFL legends.
