This lot features a vintage 1973 Topps football trading card showcasing star running back Ron Johnson of the New York Giants. A dynamic offensive powerhouse who became the first player in Giants franchise history to achieve a 1,000-yard rushing season, Johnson is captured live in action scanning the gridiron while gripping the football in his classic blue and white uniform. The card front proudly exhibits the unmistakable geometric design of the 1973 Topps set, styled with retro pink, yellow, and orange flag ribbons framing his name at the top along with his team name and running back position text across the bottom. This authentic piece of sports memorabilia stands as an exceptional addition for vintage sports card collectors, set builders, or dedicated fans of New York Giants history.
