This lot features a vintage 1980 Topps baseball trading card showcasing utility infielder Dave Johnson of the Chicago Cubs. Pictured holding his bat over his shoulder against a vibrant stadium backdrop, Johnson is captured wearing the Cubs' iconic pinstriped home uniform and classic blue team cap. The card beautifully exhibits the signature design layout of the 1980 Topps set, highlighted by a clean white outer frame, a retro facsimile baseball logo in the bottom-left corner, and a prominent red banner display across the lower margin highlighting the "Cubs" team name. This authentic piece of classic sports memorabilia serves as an excellent addition for vintage set builders, dedicated Chicago baseball fans, or collectors of 1980s gridiron and diamond history.
