This lot features a vintage Mariano Rivera stadium giveaway bobblehead, distributed to fans on July 14, 2002, at Cooper Stadium during a game between the Columbus Clippers and the Charlotte Knights. Celebrating the early professional development of the legendary Hall of Fame closer, the hand-painted heavy resin figure portrays a smiling Rivera holding a baseball, dressed in the Clippers' classic white pinstripe home uniform with a matching blue cap. The figurine stands securely on a vibrant green circular base that prominently highlights his name in bold gold-tone lettering. An exceptional treasure for New York Yankees collectors and minor league memorabilia enthusiasts, this limited-edition stadium souvenir comes complete with its original, authentic game ticket stub attached to the front of the display base.
