This lot features a vintage, hand-painted Joe Morgan stadium giveaway bobblehead, originally distributed in 2002 by Alexander Global Promotions (AGP) to celebrate the Durham Bulls' landmark 100th anniversary season. Honoring the legendary Hall of Fame second baseman's early professional development, the figurine portrays a smiling Morgan dressed in the Bulls' classic 1963 home pinstripe uniform. He is styled in a blue baseball cap adorned with a white cursive block "D" and stands confidently with his hand resting on a natural-colored wooden baseball bat. Highlighting the team's century-long legacy, the piece features a bold, blue-and-white "100th Season" plaque on a vibrant green circular display base that explicitly bears his name. This retro "fat body" collectible serves as an exceptional piece of memorabilia for Cincinnati Reds fans, Houston Astros collectors, and minor league baseball history enthusiasts alike.
