Pair of black vintage export British tea cans with painted Chinoiserie hexagonal table lamps.
This pair of table lamps is a Chinoiserie art form. Each piece is hand-painted by the artist, and each of the six sides has a different picture.
Chinoiserie is also translated as "Chinese style", which is a proper term in the history of art. The style originated in the 17th century when it became a fashion and became popular in Europe in the 18th century.
This style is back today with their wonderfully original Chinoiserie that will be an eye-catching room style maker. This pair of lights is perfect for an entry foyer, living room, or bedroom.
