An Indonesian vintage wooden blanket chest from the mid-20th century, with floral carved front, dovetailed construction and bracket feet. Crafted during the midcentury period, this wooden blanket chest features a rectangular lid that opens to reveal a convenient storage space ideal for blankets or linens, sitting above a carved facade. Delicate scrolling foliage and flowers stand out beautifully on a rougher and darker ground, while the chest is resting on four bracket feet. With its carved motifs and weathered patina, this vintage blanket chest will be a great decorative addition to any bedroom, living room or hallway.
