Antique 1920's MERIDEN Art Deco hand hammered silver plated cocktail shaker # 313. Marked on the bottom of shaker and lid "MERIDEN S.P. CO INTERNATIONAL CO. PATENTED JAN. 11, 1927". Gorgeous patina on silver or polish to full shine.

The Meriden Britannia Co. was founded in 1852 in Meriden, Conn., and it began making silver-electroplated Britannia metal in 1855.
