Winning bidder MUST bring their own helpers, equipment, vehicles and trailers as none wll be provided
Helpers are needed for nearly every piece due to size and location
Lots 1-18 are located in an outbuilding behind the residence accessed via the lawn, one access requires down hill travel, be sure to have correct equipment and helpers

Auctioneer will not be held responsible for any interruption in bidding service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the Site
