Artist Len Klikunas paints to modify experienced reality through visual perception. His art is a mix of art and architecture, hovering between painting and sculpture. It employs shizen (ZiRan): the Japanese concept of naturalness, absence of pretense, or artificiality. Material is stretched over a supporting three-dimensional framework, like a tent, and coated with paint.

Klikunas' abstract expressionism provides a thoughtful contrast to both traditional and modern interiors, enriching a room with an understated yet impactful presence. Through the nuanced layering of forms, Klikunas' art serves as both a focal point and a harmonious extension of the surrounding decor, infusing spaces with quiet sophistication. His original compositions effortlessly unify design elements into a cohesive, elevated aesthetic.

Klikunas focuses on the larger idea behind his original abstract minimalist artworks. The work is characterized by "mindful artlessness" and simplicity. Understated and subtle, the work doesn't only refer to itself, and it doesn't explain everything. The natural-like radiation that comes from the structure of the materials and color schemes expresses calmness. The meditative process of the work is achieved through the transformation and subtle layering of geometric shapes.

This three-dimensional 47.5-inch circular post-minimalist artwork is wired and ready to hang. It is created with acrylic, oil, and spray paint on canvas stretched over a 4-inch deep round wooden form. It does not require framing. The artist signs and titles the artwork on the back. Free local Los Angeles area delivery. Affordable U.S. and worldwide shipping are available. A Certificate of Authenticity issued by the gallery is included.
