The iconic theme of the rose, often revisited by Daum since the 1900s, is once again featured in the Rose Passion collection. This year, Daum has created four new vases in vibrant hues, elevated by touches of gold, along with a full collection of crystal rose decorative objects in white, green, ultraviolet, red, orange, black, and powder pink. These pieces—the products of true technical mastery by the Daum atelier—celebrate a world of beauty and poetry. The result of careful craftsmanship, the vase is created using the rare & ancient "Pâte de Verre" technique, which dates back to 5,000 BC. It involves melting many fragments of colored crystal within a mold, resulting in intense colors against a subtly shaded background. Handmade in France. Dimensions: 6.7" Height x 5.7" Diameter
