This lot features a vintage 1989 Topps Mike Harkey #742 sports trading card, celebrating the highly touted rookie pitcher as a designated "Future Star" for the Chicago Cubs. The centered portrait shot highlights a young Harkey sporting his classic mustache, a royal blue team jersey, and a matching cap, while displaying his baseball glove at the bottom of the frame. The classic visual layout incorporates a bold blue inner accent border line, a blocked silver "Future Star" heading across the top, and a stylized script team logo feeding directly into a lower name flag.
