This lot features a vintage 1961 Topps #42 American League 1960 Batting Leaders multi-player baseball card. The multi-panel design features individual colorized portraits and final batting statistics of the top hitters from the previous season: Pete Runnels of the Boston Red Sox (.320), Al Smith of the Chicago White Sox (.315), Minnie Miñoso of the Chicago White Sox (.311), and Bill "Moose" Skowron of the New York Yankees (.309). A bright yellow box anchors the top left quadrant with bold black text reading "AMERICAN LEAGUE 1960 BATTING LEADERS."
