This lot features a vintage 1966 Topps #384 Al Downing trading card representing the former New York Yankees All-Star left-handed pitcher. The front layout features a large color portrait of Downing looking forward, clad in a classic pinstripe uniform and a dark blue team cap adorned with the iconic white interlocking "NY" logo. Adhering to the standard 1966 Topps layout design, a vibrant red diagonal banner stretches across the upper-left corner showcasing the team name "YANKEES," matched by a solid red lower nameplate that identifies him as "AL DOWNING pitcher."
