This is a numbered matted, framed print of a watercolor. The subject of "Auntie's" is an intensely detailed front porch - which is seriously understating it. The front of the porch is framed in gingerbread details, windows topped in ornate stained glass, the picture is of welcome and hominess. Whoever lives here is loved, wanted. I don't know the artists Auntie- but I know whoever she is I want to know her. From tip top to the very bottom this painting is home. The artist is Janice Tanton and this is no. 57 of 390 prints that were signed and numbered by the artist. From the picture of the artist on the back, id say mid 1980s. Go look at the painting, it's fabulous.
