George Nakashima cushion armchair / lounge chair ca.1960 Nakashima Studio USA, ca.1960, American black walnut. Cushions/upholstery not original. Stains on cushions. Minor nicks/scratches throughout. There is faded illegible red stencil writing across the seat panel on the undserside. There is no other writing or signature on the piece. We believe that the wood has been refinished, and there is glue residue around the back left leg where it joins the chair base. We cannot tell whether or not there is possible restoration.
