Beautiful vintage folk art style wooden owl by Don Shoemaker. The eyes are painted in a greenish/gold finish. Original label is gone on this piece but some of Shoemaker's owls do show a label with his name and "Hecho en Mexico" on the bottom.

Condition:
Alterations: Original Condition Unaltered
Imperfections: Some Imperfections
Condition Notes: Backside of the owl show a crack line in the center and one on the right wing as well as two on the base but these cracks aren't visible in the front and don't go through to the front either so they are just cosmetic flaws and not structural at all. Please carefully review the different photos showing these crack lines. The front side of the owl is in excellent condition.
