An expressionist painting of an old man's head with abstract images seemingly coming out of his head and what appears to be a collar of leaves around his neck. The man has a stern look and is squinting. Through his one open eye, you can almost peer into his thoughts. The painting is done in reddish-browns and metallic gold all on a blue and grey background.

The painting is framed in a simple thick matte black wood frame and sealed in back.
The artist is Alfredo Vega Farfan, a Mexican artist that is (or was) living in Oaxaca, Mexico. Mr. Farfan has shown works in London.
