Both are perched on taupe and brown-colored tree limbs with light green and brown-colored leaves. The birds are brown and cream-colored with rust color under their beaks and necks.
This beautiful Gould hand-colored woodpecker lithograph measures 21" x 14.13". There are multiple small spots. The print is otherwise in excellent condition. The original text page is included with a round blindstamp in the right lower corner.
