Painting # 010900 by Van Bankston, Modern, Contemporary

Description

This painting by Van Bankston offers various vivid shades of yellow and reddish-orange actively projecting and recessing, determined by a boldly punctuated repeated design progressing back and forth and up and down the canvas. It is a painterly expression of style, spanning from a mid-century design motif to the fortitude of minimalism.
The painting is signed on the back. Framing is not required, having clean canvas edges.

"I hope my art encourages the viewer to stop, pause, and take a breath. My art is an invitation to the pleasure of the present moment through the qualities of color, balance, line, form, and texture for a lifegiving and empowering experience."
