Persian Khatam Inlaid Frame with Original Artwork - Paint on Faux Ivory, Signed - 14" x 14"

This exquisite piece combines the rich heritage of Persian craftsmanship with the intricate beauty of miniature painting. Housed in a meticulously detailed Khatam inlaid frame, the central artwork is a stunning hand-painted hunting scene rendered on faux ivory. The painting features finely dressed horsemen and dynamic hounds in pursuit, set against a serene backdrop of rocky hills and soft greenery-evoking the traditional elegance of Persian royal and literary themes.

The surrounding Khatamkari work-an ancient Persian marquetry technique using tiny pieces of wood, bone, and metal-adds a layer of luxurious geometric complexity, framing the scene with gold, black, and earth-toned motifs. The piece is signed by the artist, a testament to its authenticity and individual craftsmanship.

Measuring 7" x 14", this artwork is a unique blend of visual storytelling and decorative mastery, ideal for collectors of Islamic art, Persian miniatures, or anyone who appreciates fine cultural heritage pieces. A true celebration of art, history, and tradition.
