This antique table lamp is crafted from an authentic porcelain vessel featuring the traditional and highly symbolic Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage) pattern. The body of the lamp is uniquely molded with vertical ribbing to mimic the texture of cabbage stalks, decorated with vibrant green enamel leaves that wrap upward toward a colorful collar of butterflies and floral sprigs. In Chinese culture, this "Baicai" motif represents wealth and clean living, making it a meaningful as well as a decorative addition to any space. Mounted on a classic dark-toned wood base and finished with a simple brass-toned socket.
