The silver features open pierced work in the form of scrolls, leaves, lattice work, and flowers, centering on a large cartouche engraved with a three letter script monogram, appearing to read M W K. The underside bears the Dominick and Haff mark, composed of three geometric forms, along with a diamond shaped punch mark denoting the year 1900, the company's method of dating its pieces. Condition is excellent throughout, on both the silver and the glass liner, with no cracks, chips, breaks, repairs, or problems. The glass liner lifts out easily. Height is 12 3/4 inches to the top of the silver, 13 inches to the top of the glass. Base diameter is 4 3/8 inches. Glass diameter at the top is 5 3/8 inches. Weight is 1,040 grams or 36.7 ounces with the glass liner, silver alone weighs 377 grams or 13.3 ounces.
