Brazilian Model 1908 Mauser Sword Bayonet with Matching Number Scabbard

Description

Brazilian Model 1908 Mauser military sword bayonet featuring a long, straight fullered blade, distinctive hooked quillon with ball finial, steel crossguard with muzzle ring, wooden grips, and steel pommel with locking mechanism. Crossguard stamped "9253," with the accompanying brass-mounted leather scabbard also numbered "9253" on the frog stud. Features a brass scabbard throat and rounded brass tip. Manufactured for use with the Brazilian Model 1908 Mauser rifle.
