This assorted collection of 8 vintage Italian marble fruits is a striking example of mid-20th century craftsmanship from Italy. The set features a wide variety of fruits including a bunch of green grapes, a lemon, walnut, peach, pear, orange, and more.

They are individually hand-sculpted from a single piece of fine marble. After carving, they were hand-painted with natural pigments and finished with a beeswax coating, giving them a subtle sheen and remarkable lifelike quality. The artistry is so convincing that the limes appear almost indistinguishable from real fruit, making them both a decorative conversation piece and a collectible item.
