This is a unique hand painted double-sided aluminum clock from Belgium. It is believed to have been used as a teaching aid. With it's original blue and white paint this is truly an eye catching piece. The hands on the clock can be manually positioned, with the minute hand falling into small grooves on the perimeter of the clock face.
