This lot features a vintage original 1966 Topps #425 trading card spotlighting catcher Tom Egan of the California Angels. Matching the signature aesthetic design of the iconic 1966 Topps series, the card showcases a soft purple diagonal banner at the top-left corner reading "ANGELS," mirrored by a matching purple horizontal footer plate capturing his name and "catcher" position in clear typography. The card's centerpiece is a detailed, tight close-up portrait photo of the young backstop on the field, rendering it an exceptional addition for vintage baseball card collectors, team historians, or dedicated hobby set builders.
