This lot features a vintage 1985 Topps #712 trading card celebrating star first baseman Keith Hernandez of the New York Mets as a National League All-Star. The front displays a detailed portrait photograph of the legendary defensive wizard smiling while holding a bat over his shoulder, sporting a bright blue Mets uniform and matching team cap against a crisp stadium background. Framed by a thin light blue border, the layout is anchored at the bottom by a striking orange banner carrying his name and position alongside a bold yellow "All Star" crest flanked by a blue "NL" block. Produced by Topps, this classic collectible honors one of the premier anchors of the mid-1980s Mets dynasty, making it an excellent addition for any New York sports enthusiast or vintage card collector.
