1990s John Hutton for Donghia 'Block Island' Wicker & Mahogany Sofa

Description

A very rare example from the limited production Block Island collection designed by John Hutton (1947-2006) for Donghia. The chocolate colored version is very rare- only a few were produced. The frame is constructed of solid mahogany and retains the Donghia maker's mark. These pieces are very solid and quite heavy. Very good condition. Maker's mark on underside of the piece (last photo).
