A Mid-Century French Riviera Marine themed Audoux Minet table lamp, circa 1960.

An Iconic design perfect for the beach house or lakeside cabin - a green blown glass ball modeled on the buoys used by French fisherman on the Cote d'Azur to float their nets, nestles in a rustic rope spiral holder.

French designers Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet adhered to a design ethos based on locally accessible materials. Their designs for Vibo Vesoul, produced using seagrass rope cord, became their leitmotif - now highly sought after.

The rope is in remarkable condition.
