Antique Handmade Angora Oushak Rug 4'3" X 6'9"

Description

Oushak rugs are desirable as highly decorative pieces. They come in central medallion designs as well as patterns of smaller allover medallions. Angora Oushak Collection rugs are hand-spun and made of angora wool with 100% plant-based dyes. Due to thorough making and top-notch threads, the structure of the rug is both firm and pleasant to the touch. If properly cared for, this antique Turkish rug will withstand many years of usage without any signs of wear, just as it has until this day. This particular Rug was made of wool on wool in 1900. This rug with its stunning traditional design will look phenomenal in any room, whether it's fitted with other antiques or more modern pieces.
