Chinese six sided, lacquer on wood, brush pot, finely painted frolicking gold lacquer Fu Lions on a red lacquer ground, black lacquer interior and bottom, Qianlong four character reign mark in gold lacquer on the bottom, footed base and rounded rim. Circa late 19th century, no later than early 20th.
