Set of Rare Cocktail Forks in Gold Tone From Buffums' Dept.

The Buffums company began in 1904 when brothers Charles A. and Edwin E. Buffum bought the largest dry goods store in Long Beach, CA. The name was originally written as Buffums' with an apostrophe, and later changed. Over the years, more locations opened and the stores gained a reputation as the "Grand Dame" of department stores in the Southern California area.
